What is the pricing to send a package?
The pricing of your package depends on the size of the package, the weight of the package, and the zip code it is going to. Smaller package will start around $6 and they can go up from there.

What service will you use to send my package?
We will ask you a variety of questions about the package, including when you need it to arrive, price you’d like to pay, insurance needs, etc. Based on that information we will select a shipping service that fits your needs, including but not limited to USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Smart Post, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and Spee-Dee Delivery.

How can you offer competitive prices?
We have worked hard to negotiate our shipping prices with vendors. Not only will we save you time by not having to go into a larger community, we may save you some money too.

What if I have something large or awkward?
We can handle large or awkward items, however, it will depend on packaging we have available. While we have large boxes available, we cannot guarantee that we will have one that will fit your item. Larger items that weigh over 50 lbs may be better suited going on a pallet on a semi truck, also a service we can offer. We can offer LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping with Panama Transfer or Old Dominion.

Why aren′t you open on weekends?
Because this is an additional service we are offering the community, we as of now are not open on weekends. Follow us on Facebook for information on additional hours that may be offered on weekends. Our hours are guaranteed Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-2pm. Many times we are open until 5pm but please call to ensure someone will be there to assist you.

Can you take Amazon returns?
We can take Amazon returns that are labeled for UPS pickup (you typically pay for the label). Any returns that have a QR code-style return code (free to you) we CANNOT take as we are not authorized as an Amazon return facility.

Do you take just drop offs?
We will take just drop offs but will charge for anything over two packages at once. If you have 3 or more pre-labeled packages to drop off for our driver to pick up, you will be charged per package.

What services can I drop off a pre-labeled package?
You can drop off USPS, UPS Ground, UPS Smart Post, or FedEx Ground packages for pick up at our facility. We DO NOT accept FedEx Express or Amazon Free Return packages for pickup. FedEx Express drop offs may be taken to the Hickman Dollar General and Amazon Free Return drop offs may be taken into Lincoln to an authorized facility.

What are your cut-off times?
If you need next-day delivery or two-day delivery cut off is 11am to ensure our drivers can pick them up same-day. Standard packages can be brought at anytime but we cannot guarantee same-day pickup if they are not received by 11am.

Why is there tax? I don′t pay tax at the post office.
Because we are a re-seller for postage the state of Nebraska requires we charge tax on all shipping services and packing materials.

Do you sell stamps or offer specialty USPS services?
Unfortunately we can only offer USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Services. We do not sell stamps, offer services such as change of address, certified mail, or any other specialty services.

Do I need to bring my own box?
You do not need to bring your own box but we will charge for any boxes we provide as well as shipping materials. We DO NOT charge for tape! While you can bring in your own box, we may recommend a cheaper shipping options with a box that fits your product better. We will try our best to give you cost-saving options for your package if applicable.

What if something is damaged?
We will provide you with a receipt of your order with a tracking code included. If an item is broken, we will help you file a claim with the needed provider but we cannot guarantee they will pay. We are not responsible for damages caused by carriers.

Can I ship anything?
Shipping of items containing batteries, alcohol or any other prohibited items not allowed.
